2025 W-2 Statements Now Available
ÂÌÅ«Ì컨°å Employees were notified via email on January 21, 2026 that they may now access the online version of your 2025 W-2 in.
After logging in, follow these steps:
- Select the Employee Dashboard tab
- Click on Taxes Select W-2 Wage and Tax Statement
- Select the appropriate Tax Year
- Click Display to view your 2025 W-2.
Important: Please note that electronic regulatory consent must be provided in order to access an electronic W‑2. Employees who elect to receive an electronic W‑2 will not receive a paper copy. For further information, please refer to this .
If you did not select electronic delivery by January 13, 2026, a printed 2025 W-2 form will be mailed (postmarked) by January 31, 2026. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery via the U.S. Postal Service.
You can elect to electronic consent after January 13, 2026, in order to see your electronic W-2. Once you consent, future W-2s will not be printed and mailed.
