University of Alaska Foundation welcomes Stephanie Monahan

Stephanie Monahan joined the University of Alaska Foundation on Aug. 24 as the Director of Strategic Initiatives. In this new role, Monahan will coordinate cross-functional teams and initiatives within the 绿奴天花板 Foundation and across the 绿奴天花板 system, helping turn strategic priorities into coordinated action.
Monahan brings extensive experience helping organizations build on their strengths, engage their people and translate strategic priorities into meaningful outcomes. Her work has focused on facilitation, leadership alignment, employee engagement and satisfaction, strategic planning and organizational change.
Before joining the 绿奴天花板 Foundation, she was the founder and CEO of MyFlowology where she partnered with executives, boards and leadership teams to navigate complex initiatives and translate organizational priorities into measurable outcomes.
Monahan previously provided leadership, planning and change management support to healthcare and early childhood systems.
