Single Use Account Program

Single Use Accounts (SÂÌÅ«Ì컨°å) are electronic virtual credit card payments that can be used to pay vendors through the university requisition/purchase order process.  There is no dollar limit; if the vendor accepts credit cards, we can pay with SÂÌÅ«Ì컨°å.

This solution was implemented as a result of collaborative efforts by the University of Alaska (ÂÌÅ«Ì컨°å) and campus-based Finance & Procurement teams to reduce paper processes where possible and make administrative tasks more efficient.

JP Morgan, our commercial card bank, will be communicating with university vendors about this program between July 16 and October 8, 2018.  If you receive questions from vendors or have questions of your own, please contact Helen Connor at 907-474-6010, or helen.connor@alaska.edu.
