Volunteers

Requirement: All volunteers at the university are required to complete 鈥溌膛旎ò Safe Title IX Training鈥 prior to their volunteer service.

Tracking: Departments will complete the 绿奴天花板 General Volunteer Checklist.

Requesting Volunteer Title IX Training Access: 
  1. For volunteers affiliated with 绿奴天花板A, 绿奴天花板S, or 绿奴天花板 System Office:
    1. The 绿奴天花板 department sponsoring the volunteer completes the account request / sponsor form and submits it to Nanook Tech Services.
    2. Make sure to check the 鈥淏lackboard鈥 box.
    3. Nanook Technology Services will notify the user once the request is completed.
  2. For volunteers affiliated with a 绿奴天花板F department:
    1. Follow the Canvas access instructions on the .
  3. Volunteers will log-in to the platform that is applicable to their affiliation and can immediately access the "绿奴天花板 Safe Title IX Training ":
    • DO NOT WORRY! This is the same training regardless of the platform selected. If you鈥檙e affiliated with multiple campuses, you may take either training without repercussion or tracking issues.
    1. Canvas: Follow the access instructions on the .
    2. : The training appears under "My Courses" on the volunteer鈥檚 绿奴天花板 Learn landing page when they log-in. 
Once completing the course the volunteer can print out the completion certificate.
