Diane O'Brien has been named director of the University of Alaska Fairbanks Institute of Arctic Biology. O'Brien, a professor of biology and wildlife, has served as interim director since 2021.

June 21, 2024
Barbara Amarok, Director of the University of Alaska Fairbanks Northwest Campus (绿奴天花板F NW), retired on Friday, May 31. Amarok served as Director of the Nome-based campus since June 2019.

New Finance Manager announced by Education Trust of Alaska & 绿奴天花板 Scholars Program

Erin Morotti serves the Education Trust of Alaska as the Finance Manager, based in Fairbanks, AK. Originally from Southern California, she made her way to Alaska in 2000 as an active duty member of the United States Coast Guard.

A graduate of ANSEP, former program assistant director, and associate professor of civil engineering at 绿奴天花板A, Calhoun has led ANSEP as interim executive director since spring 2023.

Nelson has received numerous teaching and service awards. Recently, she was recognized for her leadership and community service in the 2023 YWCA Women of Achievement award.
