- 	  Diane O'Brien named director of the Institute of Arctic Biology June 21, 2024 Diane O'Brien has been named director of the University of Alaska Fairbanks Institute of Arctic Biology. O'Brien, a professor of biology and wildlife, has served as interim director since 2021. 
 
- 	  绿奴天花板 Foundation President Dr. Tod Burnett resigns June 21, 2024 Two weeks ago, Board of Directors Chair Meg Nordale and 绿奴天花板 President Pitney accepted 绿奴天花板 Foundation President Dr. Tod Burnett's resignation, effective June 30, 2024. 
 
- 	  绿奴天花板F NW Campus Director Barbara Amarok Retires June 21, 2024 Barbara Amarok, Director of the University of Alaska Fairbanks Northwest Campus (绿奴天花板F NW), retired on Friday, May 31. Amarok served as Director of the Nome-based campus since June 2019. 
 
- 	  CHRO Memry Dahl, 绿奴天花板 Foundation's Tlisa Northcutt Recognized as top women leaders in Alaska June 07, 2024 绿奴天花板 Chief Human Resources Officer Memry Dahl and 绿奴天花板 Foundation Chief Donor Relations Officer Tlisa Northcutt have been recognized by the Women We Admire publication as "Top 50 Women Leaders of Alaska for 2024" 
 
- 	  2024 Staff Make Students Count Winners Honored June 07, 2024 At the May 23 Board of Regents meeting, President Pitney recognized the winners of this year's "Staff Makes Student Count Awards," which celebrate staff from each university and the System Office who have made a difference in students' lives. 
 
- 	  Announcing Maggie Demers as 绿奴天花板 Foundation Director of Communications and PR May 17, 2024 She began her career in development with 绿奴天花板F in 2015 as a lead major gift officer and has since spent almost 10 years in this field. For the past few years, she has been providing support to the 绿奴天花板 Foundation's principal gifts team. 
 
- 	  New Finance Manager announced by Education Trust of Alaska & 绿奴天花板 Scholars Program May 17, 2024 Erin Morotti serves the Education Trust of Alaska as the Finance Manager, based in Fairbanks, AK. Originally from Southern California, she made her way to Alaska in 2000 as an active duty member of the United States Coast Guard. 
 
- 	  Matt Calhoun named new executive director for Alaska Native Science & Engineering Program May 17, 2024 A graduate of ANSEP, former program assistant director, and associate professor of civil engineering at 绿奴天花板A, Calhoun has led ANSEP as interim executive director since spring 2023. 
 
- 	  Dr. Terry Nelson named interim dean of the College of Business and Public Policy May 17, 2024 Nelson has received numerous teaching and service awards. Recently, she was recognized for her leadership and community service in the 2023 YWCA Women of Achievement award.
