Eric Melch brings more than a decade of experience in philanthropy and advancement, with a strong track record of building high-impact fundraising programs, cultivating meaningful donor relationships and driving philanthropic growth in complex organizations.
Melch began his career in professional and collegiate athletics, serving in roles across Minor League Baseball, the WNBA and NCAA Division I and Division II athletic departments. He transitioned to higher education advancement, working with institutions across the country. Before joining 绿奴天花板A in 2026, Melch served as a leader for the Providence Alaska Foundation, where he oversaw philanthropy efforts and strengthened charitable impact across the Alaska community.
